The wellness industry made a thousand products.

None of them were made for a body like yours.

Everything looks normal. Nothing feels normal. Bladder irritation, pelvic pain, joint discomfort, a body that overreacts to everything — and an industry that never made something for you.

About

My name is Rayna.

For 14 years I lived with bladder pain and pelvic irritation that no doctor could explain. Eventually I was given a diagnosis: interstitial cystitis. It wasn't really an answer. It was a label for the fact that they didn't have one.

The medical system failed me completely. But so did the wellness industry.

I tried everything to feel better, including the wellness drinks everyone was recommending. The green powders, the electrolyte mixes, the daily supplements with the clean labels and the long ingredient lists. Some of them made things dramatically worse. I didn't know why yet.

I was a successful investor on Wall Street, trained to find signal in noise and uncover what others missed. So I turned that same investigative analysis on my own body—and on the products that were supposed to help me.

What I discovered was shocking. Dietary oxalates—natural compounds hiding in the "healthy" foods I was eating every day. Spinach. Almonds. Dark chocolate. My body couldn't process them efficiently, and they were crystallizing in my tissues.

Then I investigated the wellness products I'd been faithfully taking. Citric acid—a known bladder irritant—was in almost all of them. High-oxalate ingredients were everywhere. The very products marketed for "women's health" and "urinary support" contained the exact compounds that were making me sicker.

The wellness industry had failed as completely as the medical establishment.

Within weeks of managing my oxalates and eliminating the problematic ingredients, the pain started to lift. That was 11 years ago. I lived mostly symptom-free until perimenopause—when declining estrogen made my body even more sensitive to these compounds.

For over a decade, I've searched for a daily wellness product formulated for bodies like mine—hormone-sensitive systems that can't tolerate the "healthy" ingredients everyone else recommends. Products that understand how women's biology actually processes nutrients, especially during hormonal transitions.

I couldn't find one. So I built it.
